Account Specialist for OEM relationships

Are you passionate about cycling and working with some of the biggest brands within this industry? Are you motivated by sales and able to create lasting customer relationships? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

In CeramicSpeed's OEM department we are focused on selling our products directly to bicycle and wheel manufacturers, ensuring that their products are built with CeramicSpeed bearings as standard. We are experiencing a large growth in our existing customer base and also a wealth of potential opportunities in the market that has led us to look for a new employee for our OEM team to help us reach these customers.

We are looking for an employee that is highly self-driven, takes responsibility and initiative on their own. You will work independently, in an organized and structured manner to keep track of your customers. You need to be a service minded profile, outgoing, and able to talk to many different people, which is why it’s important that you can combine you drive for making a sale and you passion for creating long lasting relationships with your own customers.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Grow, drive, and develop sales with existing and new OEM customers.
  • Participate in trade shows like Eurobike, Taipei bike show, Sea Otter etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to activate the relationships with partner brands.
  • Work with R&D and Purchasing to develop and source products.
  • Work with Customer Service to secure delivery schedules.
  • Develop an annual forecast and budget for your customers.

We expect you to have
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and to be a basic user of Microsoft package and ERP. It is an advantage if you have experience within the cycling industry and have knowledge of our products. You must be fluent in English, and if you know Chinese it will be a plus.

To be successful in this position, we expect you to increase sales numbers, create repetitive business and ensure long-lasting customer relationships. Over time you can develop into manager of the accounts of some of the biggest brands in the industry.

We expect you to meet at the headquarters in Holstebro weekly. Remote work can also be accepted in relevant cases. You should expect 30-40 days of travel activity during the year.

Our OEM sales team is a small team of three employees located in Denmark and Taiwan with a big international reach through our daily work. We have a relaxed tone, and we work freely and independently with the goal of reaching the planned budget. The customers we work with are some of the biggest and best-known bike brands in the industry, as well as smaller hand-built and niche brands, wheel brands and assembly factories.
