You will be working with
In the realm of innovation, you will lead the charge in defining and implementing cutting-edge innovation tools and processes across all of our departments. You will foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, inspiring the team to think outside the box. Additionally, you will be a key player in managing and participating in innovation processes, driving breakthroughs in both commercial products and internal operations.

When it comes to artificial intelligence, you will in this role craft
and execute a visionary AI strategy that propels our company into the future. You will identify opportunities to leverage AI for optimizing tasks and implement the most effective tools. Staying ahead of the latest AI trends and technologies will be crucial, ensuring that CeramicSpeed remains a leader in innovation.

We are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in practical applied innovation management and AI/ML strategy development. A good understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications is essential. You should possess exceptional project management and leadership skills, along with the ability to inspire and nurture a culture of innovation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are
also required.

Your main focus will be to:

  • Lead Innovation and AI Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge innovation processes and a visionary AI strategy to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Drive Creativity and Improvement: Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement across teams and departments.
  • Deploy AI Tools and Solutions: Identify opportunities, implement effective AI tools, and leverage AI to optimize tasks and processes. We have an internal R&D team with skills in software and machine learning development.
  • Demonstrate Leadership and Collaboration: Inspire teams, manage cross-department projects, and lead initiatives with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
