Delivery

All orders are delivered and tracked by UPS and shipped within 2 working days after placing your order.

Duty and customs may be applied upon delivery - depending on delivery country. This is at the customer's own expense. 

Returns

All products can be returned free of charge, within the first 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Please use the form below to start the return process and before sending any items. You will receive a return label from us, to use when returning the product. 

Refunds

Please return products to us, unused, in their original packaging & in a re-saleable condition no later than 28 days after receipt. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your items being returned to us.

Exchanges

If returning an item for an exchange, you will receive a return label from us. All returns are free. 

Faulty items

If an item is delivered faulty, please return the item to us and we will replace the item on a like for like basis free of charge.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
