As Finance Manager, you will play a central role in leading and developing the accounting function and ensuring a strong foundation for financial reporting, compliance and business support. You will combine operational responsibility with the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen transparency and help shape how finance supports the business going forward.
You report to the CFO and work closely with the company's Business Controller and the wider business.

The position is based at our head office in Holstebro, Denmark, where your daily work will take place.
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Lead, develop and prioritise the work of a team of three employees within the accounting function
2. Own the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and ensure timely, accurate and relevant financial reporting
3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including tax, VAT, customs and statutory reporting
4. Drive development and optimisation of processes, systems, internal controls and digitalisation across the finance function
5. Be responsible for the annual report process, the external audit process and the finance-related parts of the budgeting process
6. Drive transparency and follow-up on working capital, cash flow and liquidity, including receivables, payables and inventory levels
You take natural responsibility, work in a structured and hands-on way and create momentum around you. At the same time, you are a clear and trustworthy leader who thrives in a role with both operational responsibility and continuous improvement.
Your profile
We imagine that you are an experienced accounting or finance profile with a strong combination of business understanding and financial insight. You have solid experience from a similar role and are used to ensuring stable operations while continuously strengthening reporting quality, financial control and the decision-making basis in the organisation.
You have strong accounting competencies and experience with financial reporting, annual reports, compliance and audit. You are hands-on, structured and quality-conscious, and you combine professional credibility with a collaborative and trustworthy leadership style. You are decisive, loyal and discreet. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power BI is an advantage.
