Warranty program
We are committed to manufacturing and delivering the best ceramic bearing products in the industry. If you feel your product has not lived up to what we promise, we will do our utmost to put things right and regain your satisfaction.
What’s covered
CeramicSpeed offers two limited warranties:
• Standard warranty (4 years) on standard products
• Lifetime warranty on selected products (see our separate Lifetime Warranty page)
Maintenance matters
Most warranty cases we receive come down to one thing: maintenance. A few simple steps go a long way, and our guides and videos in the Support section will help you get the best performance and longest life from your bearings.
Register your product
Registering your product helps us verify product details quickly and speeds up the warranty process. A valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required for all warranty claims. Please note: registration may be required for Lifetime Warranty coverage for the first owner (see Lifetime Warranty page).
Submit a warranty claim
To submit a claim, please provide proof of purchase and product identification (for example photos and a short description of the issue).
Standard warranty terms
1. Standard warranty period
Standard products are covered by a 4-year warranty from the original purchase date shown on your proof of purchase.
2. Who is covered
The Standard warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
3. What we cover
CeramicSpeed warrants Standard warranty products against defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use and hinder the functioning of the product, during the warranty period.
4. What is not covered (Standard warranty)
This Standard warranty does not cover issues caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Lack of maintenance or neglect
• Misuse, abuse, inappropriate application, or use outside the intended purpose
• Tampering or unauthorised modification
• Crash, accident, impact damage or other external forces
• Incorrect installation or incorrect reinstallation
• Corrosion, contamination or deterioration caused by inadequate maintenance, inadequate cleaning, improper storage, or exposure inconsistent with CeramicSpeed guidance
• Second-hand purchases (Standard warranty)
5. UFO Chain
Please note: UFO Chain products are not covered by our commercial 4-year warranty programme, as the chain is a racing chain where full optimisation lasts for approximately 600 km / 370 miles.
6. What we will do if your claim is covered
Upon confirmation that the issue is covered, we will repair the product or replace it with the same model or an equivalent product.
7. Returns, shipping and costs
If we need the product returned for inspection, we will provide return instructions after you submit your claim.
Shipping approach:
• After you submit your claim, we will confirm whether the product needs to be returned and provide return instructions.
• If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label free of charge.
8. How we assess claims
Each claim is assessed on the information provided and (where required) inspection of the product. We always ask for photos, installation details and maintenance history to understand the issue.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, CeramicSpeed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of time, loss of income, or costs of procuring replacement products or services.
Legal rights
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights against the seller if your product is faulty or not as described. Those statutory remedies are provided free of charge and are not affected by this warranty programme.
