We're looking for a Partnerships and Activation Manager to lead the next chapter of strategic collaborations and activations.

In this role, you will lead CeramicSpeed's global partnership strategy across professional cycling, triathlon, ambassadors, influencers, OEM partners, and key industry events. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, activating, and evaluating partnerships that strengthen our brand and create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute CeramicSpeed's global partnerships and sponsorship strategy.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships from end to end.
• Build and maintain relationships with teams, athletes, ambassadors, influencers, OEM partners, and event organizers.
• Lead partnership activation from concept to execution, ensuring measurable value across all touchpoints.
• Translate partnerships into compelling marketing, content, PR, social media, retail, and sales initiatives.
• Define KPIs and measure partnership performance, ROI, brand impact, and commercial contribution.
• Manage partnership budgets and ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Product, and OEM teams.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sports marketing, brand management, or business development.
• Strong track record of negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the cycling industry and its ecosystem.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
