Are you ready to take full ownership of our OSPW systems and pulley wheel products – two of the most central performance categories in our cycling portfolio? Then you may be the Product Manager we are looking for.

This position is dedicated to CeramicSpeed Cycling and gives you a key role in developing products that make a real difference for riders at the highest level of the sport.

As Product Manager, you will report to the Product Director and work closely with R&D, Innovation, Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will take end-to-end ownership of your product categories throughout the entire product life cycle and play a central role in ensuring both technological leadership and strong market relevance.

You will maintain a holistic view of the product journey – from idea and development to launch, sales and internal alignment.

• The position is based at our headquarters in Holstebro, Denmark, where your day-to-day work will take place

Key responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and developing product strategy and roadmaps for OSPW systems and pulley wheels
• Driving development projects in close collaboration with R&D and the Innovation team
• Translating market and customer insights into clear, concrete product requirements
• Ensuring structured project management and strong cross-functional collaboration
• Contributing to accurate product data, technical documentation and strong product launches

Your profile

We imagine that you have experience in Product Management or product development, a strong technical understanding, and that you thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Experience from the cycling industry – or a genuine passion for cycling and high-performance products – is a clear advantage.
