Product & Training Specialist

Are you passionate about cycling and want to share your knowledge within the field? Are you motivated by providing top level service and support through educating and training our retail partners in combination with a strong technical knowledge? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

In CeramicSpeed's EMEA sales department we are focused on selling our products through our retail and distribution partners, always aspiring to be the preferred business partner through superior quality products and service. We are experiencing a large growth in our existing customer base and also a wealth of potential opportunities in the market that has led us to strengthen our team in order to ensure partners are being well supported and educated in our products and brand.

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed employee who can work independently to help achieve the goals of the team, whilst understanding the importance of providing the right service.

You may have worked as a bike mechanic and are now looking for a job where you can combine your passion for bikes with an ability to communicate, to help educate and train others. In this role it is important to have a curious mindset, combined with a
passion for the small details. Your curiosity should also be reflected in a desire to travel, meet people and experience new cultures.

Your main responsibilities are to provide sales and technical support for our sales team. You will have direct contact with our dealers and distributors and represent CeramicSpeed externally when you visit stores in different countries throughout EMEA.

At events you will be responsible for our event stand, making sure that everything is set up and ready to meet customers. You will also participate at events, providing sales support and service or installing products on customers’ bikes.

We are highly focused on training our dealers and distributors, which is why we have developed a “CeramicSpeed School”. You will be one of the drivers in making sure that our workshops continue to evolve, and that materials are up to date. You will also be responsible for hosting webinars for our retailers and distributors and execute various school segments.

We expect you to have a strong bicycle knowledge and technical skills, and it is a big plus if you have a mechanical background. You must have basic user knowledge of the Microsoft package and be fluent in English. Knowledge of Danish or other languages will be considered a plus.

To be successful in this position, we expect you to work closely with the EMEA Sales team and support them in reaching our goals.

We expect you to meet at the headquarters in Holstebro weekly. Partial remote work can be accepted in relevant cases. You should expect 60-80 days of travel activity during the year.

Our EMEA sales team is a small team of six employees, located in Denmark. We value professionalism with a great focus on working closely together to achieve our goals and create success together. Our customers and their needs are our main focus, and we will often go the extra mile to create a strong bond with them.

We offer an exciting position in a company with a unique brand and high ambitions. We are a local company but a major player in the global market. You will work with competent and committed colleagues in an informal and flat organisation.

The workplace is 100% smoke-free. The salary package includes pension, exercise during working hours, health scheme and several other staff benefits.

You apply by sending us you application and CV by mail to job@ceramicspeed.com. Please mark the e-mail "Product & Training Specialist" in the subject line.

About CeramicSpeed

Founded in 2004, CeramicSpeed is now one of the world's leading manufacturers of ceramic bearing products and optimised drive chains for the cycling industry. We have more than 18 years of experience in developing bearings with extremely low friction and unrivalled durability. All our products are handmade in Denmark.

CeramicSpeed is a subcontractor to some of the world's largest and most prominent high-end bicycle manufacturers. The products are also distributed in more than 50 countries, and we are the preferred brand of many of the World Tour Teams, as well as of the world's best triathletes.

In 2008, the independent industrial company CeramicSpeed Bearings was added, focusing on customers in Industrial applications. The core business is ceramic ball bearings with unique properties in terms of service interval and reduced friction. This gives customers major financial advantages compared to traditional bearings. Overall, this changes the way we think about maintenance planning. We are a leader in our field and have a business model that makes our product range, quality, and customer
service unique in the market.

While the company continues to grow in all parts of the world, our culture and values remain deeply rooted in our history. Every year, we find time to be together the Danish way. We cycle together, we laugh, and we tell stories from the road.
