Active Debris Remover (ADR)
ADR is a patented technical feature based on a unique combination of design elements that make it virtually impossible for debris to enter the bearing.
It consists of a specially designed dust cover that sits securely in a groove within the pulley wheel, completely enclosing the bearing. This is paired with a bladed groove structure surrounding the dust cover that dynamically removes debris from the pulley wheel as it rotates.
ADR was developed through extensive testing in both laboratory and real-world riding conditions to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.

ALPHA Disc
The OSPW Aero ALPHA features the durable ALPHA Disc Pulley Wheel design.
The ALPHA Disc utilizes a two-piece construction consisting of a narrow-wide tooth profile manufactured from a composite material that provides increased wear resistance and reduced noise. This is combined with a solid aluminum disc structure that helps prevent external objects from becoming lodged between pulley wheel spokes while increasing strength and stiffness.
