Product description

With OSPW RS for Shimano Road groupsets, we're lifting the OSPW into the future with a distinctly modern and angular design. The updated design brings balance and refinement to the OSPW System allowing it to blend seamlessly into the contemporary design trends of bikes and groupsets - making up the whole of which the OSPW System is part.

The OSPW RS is a statement for where we've been, and where we're going - always at the forefront.

SHIFTING TIME

New design: improved quality and strength

The new design for the OSPW RS isn't solely a visual update. The cage itself has been reinforced to offer new levels of strength and durability.

Building on from the 2022 Titanium Nitride (TiN) Special Edition 3D Printed Hollow Titanium OSPW systems, we have continued to explore surface treatments and finishing techniques. In recognition of the popular ‘oil slick’ rainbow finish found on various components these days we achieved this unique coloring, we have opted to use an alumina oxide coating applied in a PVD, or physical vapor deposition, process. As a unique, special surface finishing project, color may vary from piece to piece due to the PVD process.
