Account Specialist

CeramicSpeed is a leading high-end brand in the cycling industry. We have a strong brand and are continuously working to improve and strengthen our presence among cycling enthusiasts all over the world. We are now looking for an Account Specialist to support our customers with first class sales and customer service from our Americas division in the Boulder, Colorado office.

The position
As an Account Specialist, we expect you to work independently within a team-based, diverse, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to build and maintain professional relationships with outside sales reps, wholesale partners and individual customers all while keeping in mind aggressive growth targets/sales goals. You need to have the ability to translate teachable bicycle jargon to common terms for end consumers and the desire to help people and solve problems.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales order processing, support, and customer service including proactive upselling
  • Providing customer service & product information to end users, outside sales reps and retail partners
  • Answering telephone, live chat and email questions
  • Processing warranties
  • Keeping inventory of event & shipping supplies

The Americas office is an autonomous team that works collaboratively with our parent company in Denmark; consistently coordinating and aligning with each other as well as our Danish colleagues to make sure no synergies are lost.

To be successful in this position, it is important that you enjoy and manage work independently within a collaborative framework. You are a self-starter with high prioritization skills able to identify priorities inside of a task list. It is important that you pay attention to details and are open-minded and curious to seek out and collaborate to find solutions.


Your background
We expect that you have some of the following experience and/or skills:

  • Sales and customer service experience and skills
  • Comfortable with bicycle componentry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and independently and as part of the team.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP system experience a plus.

This is a non-exempt position with an annual base salary range of $45,000 - $55,000/year.
