CeramicSpeed is looking for a driven and visionary Product Director to take full ownership of our product portfolio and product organisation within cycling. You will play a central role in shaping, developing, and scaling our product area-ensuring we continue to set the benchmark for performance, quality, and innovation.

You will be the driving force behind creating structure, direction, and momentum across the product organisation, ensuring that innovation, development, and market needs are tightly connected.

The role

As Product Director, you hold overall responsibility for both R&D and Product Management. You will lead through your Product Managers as well as the R&D Team Lead, ensuring clear priorities, strong roadmaps, and efficient execution across projects and functions, while maintaining alignment between development, innovation, and commercial objectives.

You report to the Managing Director, and work closely with the Sales Director and the Marketing & Innovation Director.

The position is based at our headquarters in Holstebro and is focused exclusively on CeramicSpeed’s Cycling business.

Your responsibilities

• Set the overall product strategy for CeramicSpeed’s cycling portfolio
• Ensure clear, prioritised, and realistic product roadmaps across categories
• Lead and develop the R&D and Product Management organisation
• Drive structure and execution across development projects through strong prioritisation and governance
• Ensure innovation input is translated into concrete products
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing throughout the full product lifecycle
• Hold overall responsibility for product data, documentation, and technical foundation

Your profile

We expect that you:

• Have solid experience within product management and/or R&D leadership
• Have a strong understanding of technical—preferably mechanical—products
• Combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills
• Can create structure and direction in a complex organisation
• Bring experience from the cycling industry—or have a genuine passion for cycling and performance products
