We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product & Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the development and launch of our new products, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You will be responsible for:

In this role, you will identify and review future product opportunities, generate business cases, and evaluate product viability. You will:

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop a 12–24-month product calendar, highlighting the key milestones.
• Work with Purchasing, R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to execute launch plans for new products and special projects.
• Communicate forecasts for new and special edition products to Purchasing & Production, confirm product names, and request item number creation.
• Calculate new product pricing and submit it to Operations, gather product details for data sheets, and collaborate with Marketing.
• Sharing new product details with global sales & support teams and maintaining product compatibility materials.

Furthermore, you will identify and manage end-of-life products and coordinate all tasks with internal departments and external partners.


We expect you to have
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product management and project coordination, preferably in the cycling or sports industry. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines are essential. A passion for cycling and industry knowledge is a plus.
