At CeramicSpeed Bearings A/S, we develop and manufacture high-performance hybrid bearings for demanding industrial applications. Our solutions are used globally in industries such as food and beverage production, electrical motors and industrial machinery, medico and pharma, pumps, fans and compressors, and through bearing distributors, as well as other industrial applications where reliability, lifetime, and performance are critical.
We are now looking for a Sales Manager for our Industrial Division, who will take commercial responsibility for the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland), the Baltics, as well as the UK & Ireland.
As Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and growing the sales of CeramicSpeed Bearings A/S’ industrial hybrid bearing solutions within these segments. You will work both through distributors and directly with OEM customers and end users, playing a key role in our continued industrial market development.
The position is primarily remote with flexible travel activity to customers, partners, and trade shows. You will report to the Head of Sales.
The role combines:
Classic B2B sales within a wide range of industrial segments such as:
- Food and bevarage production
- Electrical motor and machinery
- Medico and Pharma
- Pumps, fans and compressors
- Bearing distributors
- Etc
Market development and long-term relationship building and technical dialogue with customers on applications and bearing solutions
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive sales and market development in DK, SE, NO, FI, EE, LV, LT, and UK/IE
- Build and develop partnerships with distributors
- Manage direct customers (OEM & end users)
- Prepare quotations and conduct negotiations
- Participate in campaigns, trade shows, and customer visits
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Report sales results and pipeline to the Head of Sales
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting
Your profile:
- Experience in B2B sales to distributors and direct customers
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial understanding
- Independent and structured – accustomed to remote work
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish and other languages are an advantage)
- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems
- Relevant commercial education or equivalent experience
- Experience in international sales, preferably in a technical/industrial environment
