Technical Marketing & Enablement Specialist

At CeramicSpeed Bearings A/S, we are looking for a specialist who can strengthen our marketing and sales efforts through technical content, training materials, and customer-focused cases – with a focus on Optimize Edge (CDM Sensor), hybrid bearings, and segments such as Aerospace, Defence, and Motorsport.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and our Digital department to ensure that technical knowledge is translated into inspiring and value-creating formats. You will not be working alone – instead, you will be part of a close-knit team where ideas, responsibilities, and execution are shared. You will report to the Head of Sales.

CeramicSpeed Bearings A/S consists of 13 employees located in Denmark, the USA, and Germany and represents the industrial division of the CeramicSpeed Group. Supported by our R&D and marketing functions, we deliver ceramic hybrid bearings to industries such as electric motors, food & beverage, pharma, science, and many others.

 Your primary responsibilities

  • Content & Storytelling:
    Develop articles, presentations, whitepapers, and customer cases that communicate CeramicSpeed’s USPs and technological advantages together with our Marketing Manager.
  • Training & Academy:
    Drive Optimize Academy with course materials, training videos, and digital learning formats together with our Marketing Manager
  • Partner Development:
    Contribute to the Distributor Enablement Program and develop segment-specific content.
  • Technical Communication:
    Translate features and data into commercial arguments and visual messages.

 
Your areas of responsibility

  • Develop and ensure the quality of technical and commercial content.
  • Coordinate and manage Optimize Academy activities and digital training platforms.
  • Create and maintain a digital Knowledge Hub/Community Portal with updated documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Digital on customer and partner enablement.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate technical storytelling across channels and markets.

Your profile

  • Technical understanding and strong communication skills (written and visual).
  • Experience in B2B marketing, training, or product communication in a global setup.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable value.
  • Fluent in English (German/Scandinavian languages are a plus) and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and digital tools (,PowerPoint, e-learning, video briefing).

Education/Experience

  • Relevant technical or commercial education (e.g. MSc in Business & Technology, Multimedia Designer, or similar).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical B2B company within marketing, communication, or training in a global setup.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, and marketing.

To succeed in this role, you should be motivated by:

  • Establishing a documented Optimize Case Library within 12 months.
  • Rolling out Optimize Academy training in Denmark + at least one new market in the first year.
  • Creating 10+ customer or partner cases with measurable impact on sales or partner performance.
  • Building a digital learning & knowledge hub/community portal with accessible training materials.
  • Delivering visible and consistent “real-life” storytelling across channels and segments.
  • Receiving positive internal feedback from Sales, Engineering, and Digital teams on collaboration and material quality.
